Memorial event held 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016, in the Mid Rowland View Room of Gladish Community & Cultural Center in Pullman, Washington.
Ken Vogel (born in Puyallup and raised in Auburn) owned/operated Ken Vogel Clothing in downtown Pullman on Main Street for 24 and one-half years. Prior to that, he worked in retail clothing at The Empire department store on Main Street in Pullman downtown.
An Auburn High School 1963 grad, he studied at CWU in Ellensburg and WSU in Pullman.
(Gladish is the old Pullman High School, close to downtown Pullman.)
