Pullman Walk of Fame 2017: Dan Maher, Dick Fry, Sue & Mike Hinz and Bob & Miriam Rehwaldt


PULLMAN’S 2017 WALK OF FAME

The 2017 Pullman Walk of Fame Class has been announced.

--Folk Singer Dan Maher will be inducted into the Washington State University Distinguished Members category. Maher has produced and hosted “Inland Folk” on public radio for over 30 years.

--Longtime former WSU Sports Information Director and Cougar Athletics historian Dick Fry will be honored under Famous Sports Figures.

--Mike and Sue Hinz will be inducted into the Distinguished Residents category for their volunteer efforts with the Pullman Community 4th of July Celebration and Pullman High School Track.

--Colonel Robert Rehwaldt and his wife Miriam will be honored under Distinguished Residents as well. The couple is being recognized for their volunteerism and Col. Rehwaldt’s launching of the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Prison Ministry at the North Idaho Correctional Institute in 1985.

The class will be inducted into the Pullman Walk of Fame with downtown plaques during this Summer’s National Lentil Festival.
